A shot of the Beaver moon rising through a low-hanging cloud layer near the Superstition Mountains. The name Beaver Moon comes from the time of year when beavers begin to bed down in their shelters for the winter. The moon's orange color comes from the atmosphere near the horizon and could have been corrected during the editing process, but I liked the look and left it as it was shot.
