With more than 50 miles of trails for hiking, biking and horseback riding, South Mountain has numerous trailheads. This one is located on the Ahwatukee side just off 19th Ave. There used to be two Cactus’ that stood on each side of the entrance to the park, but the other one collapsed leaving this one as the sole guardian of the trail.
